Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SALIQ platform ("Service") operated by SALIQ ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SALIQ is basically a multi-channel messaging and lead-generation platform that allows businesses to automate and manage conversations with their customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and web chat. The Service includes AI-powered chatbot responses, conversation management, lead tracking, and analytics.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • (a) use the Service to send spam, unwanted messages, or violate any messaging platform policies;
  • (b) imitate any person or entity;
  • (c) use the Service for any wrong purpose;
  • (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access into our systems;
  • (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, which includes Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Data Usage & Privacy Policy. Platform Data received from Meta is used solely to facilitate messaging between your business and your customers. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for any advertising purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by SALIQ. You gain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account from our platform at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data by following our privacy policy and applicable data retention rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes includes acceptance of the updated Terms.
