What draws on your credits
Three things use credits: the AI replies your agent sends on any channel, WhatsApp template messages - the Meta-approved messages a business sends outside the 24-hour customer-service window - and the minutes of calls your voice agent answers.
Replies inside the 24-hour WhatsApp customer-service window carry no Meta charge. Business-initiated template messages are billed by Meta per message at its India rates for the marketing, utility and authentication categories; on SALIQ they are deducted from your credits at the rates shown on your Billing page.
